We sincerely thank you for choosing Bright Light Oak for your child’s education. Application forms for our Crèche, Nursery, and Basic/College programs are available at the school’s administration office.

Please note that all application forms must be completed by the child’s parent or guardian to ensure accurate record-keeping and applicant information.

Forms will be sold only to parents/guardians whose child meets the age and admission requirements set by the school.
